1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastFiber ("the Service"), operated by FastFiber ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastFiber is a subscription-based platform that provides network route optimization tools, latency data for fiber optic and submarine cable routes, and bandwidth quote request services. The Service is intended for business use by network engineers, telecommunications professionals, and bandwidth buyers.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is offered at $49.00 per month, billed monthly.
  • New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $49.00 per month unless you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fastfiber.io.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly display data obtained from the Service without our written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, algorithms, and materials provided through the Service are the property of FastFiber and are protected by intellectual property laws. Route data, latency calculations, and network topology information are proprietary and confidential.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate latency and route data, the Service is provided for informational and planning purposes. Network conditions change over time, and actual latency may differ from calculated values. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service.

8. Bandwidth Quotes

Quote requests submitted through the Service are non-binding expressions of interest. Final pricing, availability, and terms for bandwidth procurement are subject to separate agreements and negotiations. Submitting a quote request does not create any obligation on either party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastFiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
